YGM190 High Pressure Grinder Site

This set of production line is specially designed by the senior engineers in Vipeak Heavy Industry for the customers. It mainly processes limestone powder and is used to provide desulfurization agent for power plant. Since put into production, it has created huge benefits for the customers. High pressure medium speed grinder is mainly composed of host machine, fineness analyzer, blower, finished product cyclone powder collecting machine, bag dust collector and connecting duct. According to users’ needs, it can also be equipped with crusher, elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibration feeding machine and electrical control cabinet and other auxiliary equipment. In the host machine, roller components mount on the roller hanger through the cross arm shaft. The roller hanger keeps a constant connection with the main shaft and relieving tool post. Spring pressure is on the cantilever end of roller bearing chamber and makes cross arm shaft as the fulcrum, and forces grinding roll tightly to press on the surface of inner circle of grinding ring. When the motor drives principal axis through the transmission device, relieving tool fixed on the relieving tool post achieves a synchronous rotation with grinding roller. While grinding roller rolls in the inner circle of grinding ring, it also revolves on its own axis. Motor machine drives blade wheel of analytical engine to rotate through the transmission device. The higher the blade wheel speed is, the finer the separated granule is.
